周洪亮，男，满族，中共党员，河北唐山人，1983年10月生，博士，副教授，硕士生导师。燕山大学机械设计及理论专业博士毕业并获博士学位。主要从事机械设计、机械传动、机械密封、智能材料及其应用等相关机械工程方面的教学与科研工作。主持并参与完成省部级以上科研和教改项目8项。在国内外学术期刊及国际学术会议上发表论文10篇，其中SCI/EI收录9篇；参编规划教材1部；获授权发明专利2项。
