张小明，男，1979年生，博士，教授，博士生导师，河南省高校青年骨干教师，省优秀博士学位论文获得者，河南理工大学“非均质结构波动力学”创新型科研团队负责人。主要从事复合材料、智能材料及其结构中的振动与波动特性、超声导波无损检测、CAD/CAE技术等方面的教学与科研工作。近5年来，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项，主持河南省科技攻关项目、河南省高校青年骨干教师培养计划项目等2项；参与完成国家自然科学基金2项、省科技厅鉴定项目4项。获河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖3项，煤炭工业协会科学技术奖、绿色矿山科学技术发明奖等2项，河南省自然科学学术论文奖3项。编写规划教材2部，发表学术论文40篇，其中SCI/EI收录28篇；授权国家专利15项。
