Program Introduction 项目介绍
For international business expansion in the long run, International Headquarters （IHQ）of SANY Group is opening this training program for international Technical Service Elite candidates. In cooperation with universities, it is planned to select and train about 40 students from engineering and machinery-related majors, through a series of intensive learning, training and internship in SANY College, factories and domestic dealers within one year. The goal is to cultivate the candidates to be the Technical Service Engineer initially and grow to be Service Department Director, Country Manager, GM of OBUs, and business partners in overseas business units and countries in the near future.
为进一步拓展国际业务，组织全新的国际服务人才培训班，通过一年左右在中国的全脱产理论学习、工厂实习和一线服务实操实习，考核通过后选派到海外有关国家，成为三一海外各国服务工程师，未来成长为服务部长、国家经理、大区总经理和企业经营的合伙人。

Language Proficiency 语言能力
· Passed CET4, or good communication capability of other languages such as Russian, French, Spanish or Arabic is preferred.
· 通过大学英语四级, 或具备良好的俄语、法语、西班牙语、阿拉伯语等语言能力国家语言测试
Required Qualifications 录用条件
Bachelor Degree or above in Engineering, Mechanic, Hydraulic, Electrical, Automation or other
related majors.
studying/working/living experience outside of China is a plus
Very strong desire for international business and eager to work abroad and realize self- fulfillment
Hard-working, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to special service work stationed abroad
Willing to stay overseas(10 months a year)

About the salary 关于薪资待遇
Once employed, the basic salary are from 6000 RMB per month for Bachelor Degree and from 8000 RMB for Postgraduate Degree , also with formal employee insurance and benefits.
一经录用，将享受正式员工保险和福利待遇。月基本薪资本科 6000 元起，硕士 8000 元起。
The employee will be assigned to countries listed above and the compensation will be determined according to the actual work situation, of which the income structure is composed of basic salary, overseas subsidy, work order salary, parts sales commission and other incentives, With annual income of 180,000 - 300,000 RMB per year
分配到海外区域后，根据实际技能等级定薪，为基本薪资+海外津贴+订单工资+配件销售提奖+其他激励，年收入约 18w-30 万元
