Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Coal Mine Intelligent Mining Technology and Equipment
The Key Laboratory of Coal Mine Intelligent Mining Technology and Equipment of Henan Province was approved by the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province in 2020, and is a basic scientific research platform jointly constructed by Zhengzhou Coal Mining Machinery Group Company Limited and Henan Polytechnic University. The laboratory aims to develop new intelligent mining technologies and develop and promote new intelligent coal mine equipment. It mainly focuses on the basic theoretical research and applied research of the basic theory of coal mine intelligent mining, intelligent coal mine technology and equipment, mining robotics technology and equipment, intelligent mining equipment cloud service platform and technology to provide theoretical, technical, equipment and talent support for the realization of green mines, safe mines and intelligent mines of our country. The laboratory has 49 permanent staff and 28 people with senior professional titles, including 1 national talent, 1 leading scientific and technological innovation talent in Central Plains, two academic leaders in Henan Province, two scientific and technological innovation talents in Henan Province. Since its establishment, the laboratory has undertaken more than 20 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, key scientific and technological research in Henan Province, and commissioned by large-scale enterprises, with a scientific research fund of more than 20 million yuan; it has won 6 provincial and ministerial awards; and 40 authorized invention patents.
Henan Province International Joint Laboratory of Precision Forming of Advanced Electronic Packaging Materials
Henan Province International Joint Laboratory of Precision Forming of Advanced Electronic Packaging Materials is a provincial scientific research platform approved by the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology in 2021. The laboratory is oriented to the country's strategic needs for high-end integrated circuits and aims at the forefront of international electronic packaging technology. Based on the construction and development concept of "not for ownership, but for use", the laboratory has joined hands with internationally renowned scientific research institutes and universities in this field to carry out collaborative research on the new generation of high-performance electronic packaging materials and their precision forming technology. The research will focus on the following directions.
① Design and preparation of high-performance electronic packaging metal materials
Focus on the creation of metal materials for UHD/HD advanced packaging research. Research high-performance alloy composition design, high-precision forming and solidification organization defects control technology, develop new technologies/processes for the preparation of copper/silver/nickel-based alloys, high-purity metals, alloy nano-powder, and develop their special equipment to promote their engineering applications.
② Precision and efficient forming technology and equipment of bonding ribbon material
Focus on high-precision bonded ribbon material high-efficiency forming technology and equipment to carry out research. Study the stress-strain relationship of metal materials under high-speed deformation conditions, and the constitutive model of materials under high-speed deformation behavior the relationship between wire size effect and performance characteristics of microfine wire strip, etc. Analyze the mechanical properties of materials, drawing process parameters and die structure parameters on the metal flow law in the deformation zone, and develop new technology/new process for forming high-precision bonded ribbon material to realize ultra-long and ultra-fine processing of ultra-fine ribbon material.
③ Electronic packaging printing template precision electroforming technology
Focusing on UHD/HD/2.5D/3D electronic packaging printing templates, ladder templates, 3D templates, etc. to carry out its precision manufacturing technology research. Research the forming mechanism of precision electroforming electronic packaging templates to solve problems such as constant velocity thickening in cross-scale areas, non-coplanar high-precision forming, and high-consistency forming; develop anti- adhesive, durable, high-precision, low-stress printing template materials to achieve the relevant technology independently controllable.
④ Intelligent control and precision testing technology
Focus on the research of material preparation process and parameters of precise monitoring, control technology, ultra-fine wire, electroforming parts of the internal microscopic defects of non-destructive on-line/off-line evaluation technology, in order to adapt to the field of electronic packaging, high reliability, high stability of the application needs.
The laboratory has 35 permanent staff and 25 people with senior professional titles, including 1 dual-employed academician, 1 Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, 2 candidates for the National High-Level Overseas Talent Program, 1 leading scientific and technological innovation talent in the Central Plains, 2 academic leaders in Henan Province, and 3 scientific and technological innovation talents in Henan Province. The laboratory has developed close cooperation with world-renowned universities and research institutions in this field, such as Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, University of Siegen in Germany, South Ural State University in Russia, Microconnections Canada Ltd. and other universities and research institutes, and has achieved good results in the aspects of "collaborative research, building platforms, sharing of results, and exchange of talents".

The Henan Provincial Engineering Laboratory for Precision and Special Processing Technology and Equipment was established in 2012, relying on Henan Polytechnic University and Henan Central Axis Co., Ltd. In 2022, after review and evaluation by the Henan Provincial Department of Education, it was renamed "Henan Province Precision and Special Processing Technology and Equipment Engineering Research Center".
The center adheres to the guiding ideology of "aiming at the frontiers and key areas of science and technology, highlighting original research and results; oriented towards engineering applications, and realizing technological and integrated innovation", and has formed a distinctive research direction and has four research institutes: Precision Machining Research Institute , Micro Manufacturing Research Institute, Precision Tool Technology Research Institute and Digital Manufacturing Research Institute. For automobile manufacturing, aerospace, bioengineering, microelectronics processing and other fields of processing common problems, to high-end equipment research and development, tool manufacturing and process optimization, the main research directions include ultrasonic processing technology and equipment, micro-machining technology and equipment, precision processing tool technology, digital manufacturing technology and equipment, etc.
The center currently has 39 permanent scientific research staff, including 1 senior expert, 1 leading scientific and technological innovation talent in the Central Plains; 9 professors, 23 associate professors, 7 lecturers, 36 people with doctorate degrees, and 2 people are doing postdoctoral work.
In recent years, the scientific research platform has undertaken 22 national-level and above-level projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 1 major national fund project, 4 provincial and ministerial-level key projects, and 14 new enterprise-entrusted horizontal projects. The vertical research funding is about 3.5 million yuan, and the horizontal project funding is about 13.6 million yuan. More than 50 invention patents have been authorized, including 1 American invention patent, 3 Luxembourg invention patents, and 2 South African invention patents. Published 200 papers, of which more than 100 were included in SCI/EI, and developed 6 new products. Won 1 first prize, 1 second prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Invention Award, and 1 second prize of Henan Province Science and Technology Progress Award.
Relying on the core members of the center, the Jiaozuo Equipment Manufacturing Center and the Jiaozuo Mechanical Engineering Society were established. Each year, more than 1,000 people are trained for key machinery companies around Jiaozuo City, improving the technical capabilities and management level of relevant personnel; Organize a doctoral (post-doctoral) service group to provide counterpart support to equipment manufacturing enterprises in the province. The Key Laboratory of Electrochemical Micromanufacturing Technology of the Machinery Industry is a basic scientific research platform approved by the China Machinery Industry Federation at the end of 2020 and built on the basis of Henan Polytechnic University. It focuses on the high-quality, high-precision, efficient and low-cost manufacturing of "specialized and advanced" metal micro-components and metal micro-structured functional surfaces, and carries out relevant research on cutting-edge basic theories, common key technologies and engineering applications. Facing the demand for batch parallel precision manufacturing of ultra-high aspect ratio metal micro-components, multi-scale mixed/cross-scale metal components, etc., micro-electroforming is used as a technology platform to mainly study the theoretical and technical problems related to the high-precision preparation of thick film pattern structures, precise control of electroformed layer thickness, enhancement of liquid phase mass transfer in deep and small pits, uniform electroformed layer thickness distribution, parallelization of high-precision electroforming of large-volume metal components, and high-strength and high-toughness electroforming of electroformed parts/layers, and research and develop new methods, new technologies and new processes, develop their special equipment, and promote their engineering applications.
②Micro-electrolytic machining theory and technology
Facing the high efficiency and high precision manufacturing needs of massive array metal microstructures, amorphous alloys/strongly passivated difficult-to-machine metal microstructures, micro-scale group holes/slots/seams of thin-film/thin-walled low-stiffness parts, etc., we will carry out researches on new methods and approaches, electric-fluid field homogenization, high-definition electrochemical dissolution mechanism, special equipment and engineering applications by taking the main technological means of mask electrolytic machining, precision jet micro-electrolysis machining, electrolytic milling and milling machining and electrochemical material addition-subtraction composite machining.

Facing the application requirements of Micro/Meso scale three-dimensional complex shape precision metal micro-components, based on the liquid beam/micro-area induction/moving localized electrodeposition method, develop new technologies and methods for electrochemical micro-additive manufacturing with high precision, high flexibility, and high material density, and study basic theoretical issues such as its forming-forming integration mechanism, process control strategy, and multi-scale collaborative control of the manufacturing process, and develop its special equipment to serve engineering applications.

Henan Province Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment Engineering and Technology Research Center was approved for construction by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Department in 2017. With the strategic demand for coal mine machinery and equipment as the goal, the center has formed the research direction of high-end coal mine equipment research and development, coal mine equipment testing and fault diagnosis technology, coal rock crushing and equipment with significant advantages and distinctive features, to provide talents and technical support for the construction and operation safety of key machinery and equipment projects in coal mines. Based on the special operating environment and conditions of coal mine equipment (heavy load, low speed, strong vibration, high dust), and relying on the research and development of coal mine large-scale equipment, modern mechanical design theories and methods are applied, such as performance-based dynamic design technology and virtual design. technology, reliability design, inverse engineering technology, random load theory, ergonomics theory, robust design theory, intelligent control and coordinated work theory, etc. Focus on solving the design theories and technological problems of key components and systems, and dedicate ourselves to research on the development of new coal mine equipment and the engineering of scientific research achievements.
② Coal mine equipment detection and fault diagnosis technology
Based on the particularity of the special working environment of mines, explore and study the theories, methods and technologies of holographic signal feature extraction and processing under different operating states (startup, variable speed, variable load, etc.) for a variety of industrial and mining equipment and systems (e.g., belt conveyor, elevator, ventilator, low-speed and heavy-duty gearboxes, tunnel boring machine gear transmission and hydraulic transmission system, etc.). Comprehensively adopt wavelet analysis, fractal geometry theory, neural network, gray system theory, etc. to improve the intelligence and expertise of feature signal extraction and processing technology, develop a safe and intelligent mechanical equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system with explosion-proof, dust-proof and moisture-proof performance that can be adapted to the underground environment, and widely carry out the quality inspection and testing work of mining equipment.

Aiming at the problems of poor environment in underground coal mines, large diffusion of dust and abrasive particles, serious abrasion of mechanical equipment and working safety of equipment, etc., establish the coupling relationship between shape of interceptor teeth of coal mining machine, installation position and its wear and tear of interceptor teeth, in order to improve the problems of transient increase of power and violent vibration caused by fluctuation of interceptor resistance; carry out research on basic theoretical issues such as the mechanism of rock impact crushing, the relationship between impact speed and crushing ratio and specific energy consumption, and lay the theoretical foundation for improving and enhancing the efficiency of coal and rock crushing and reducing energy consumption. Henan Province Manufacturing Intelligent Technology and System Engineering Research Center was approved by the Development and Reform Commission of Henan Province in 2019. The center aims to revitalize the manufacturing industry as the core of the "re-industrialization" strategic needs, aiming at the instrumentation and manufacturing disciplines of the international academic research frontier, is located in: research of product quality testing and its intelligent technology, advanced manufacturing process intelligence and automation, high-end equipment and system intelligence, automation, remote, and the results of the industrialization. The center provides talents and technical support for the intelligent upgrading and transformation of advanced machinery manufacturing and the safe production and management of coal mines. Taking the national energy dual-carbon strategic demand as the goal and aiming at the frontier field of unconventional energy conversion and utilization of key technologies and equipment development, the Engineering Research Center has formed research directions of safe and efficient clean utilization technology of coalbed methane, combustion pollutant removal technology, high quality and clean utilization technology of organic solid wastes, phase-change heat storage and environmental cooling technology, and other advantages of the research direction with distinctive features.
The center has 27 permanent staff, 16 senior titles, including 1 foreign academician, 3 academic leaders in Henan Province, 1 scientific and technological innovation talent in Henan Province. In recent years, the center has undertaken more than 30 projects at provincial and ministerial levels, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China and key scientific and technological research projects in Henan Province, and completed more than 50 enterprise cooperation projects; it has won 12 provincial and ministerial awards; and authorized 1 international invention patent and 14 Chinese invention patents. The research results have been used in energy and environmental protection, resources and environment, aerospace and other important national industries and key areas, and have made important contributions to the optimization of the national energy structure and ecological environmental protection.
Since its establishment in 2018, the center has strengthened external exchanges and formed industry-university-research cooperation with dozens of companies. More than 20 horizontal cooperation projects have been completed and are under research, such as "Key Technology and Application of Safe, Clean and Efficient Utilization of Low-Concentration Coalbed Methane", "Research and Economic Application of Biomass Gasification and Coupling Power Generation Technology", "Research and Development of Ultra-low Energy Consumption Resourcefulness Technology and Equipment for Sludge", "High-value Utilization of Mixed Raw Materials of Sludge and Biomass", "Simulation and Optimization of Negative-Pressure Dust Extraction and Flow Field of Blast Furnace Tanks", and "New Energy Mobile Cold Storage", etc., of which there are two major university-enterprise cooperation projects, with a total funding of 20 million RMB for the horizontal projects.
