郝晓茹，女，汉族，中共党员，陕西渭南人，1982年9月生，博士，讲师，硕士生导师。主要从事纳米疏水涂层制备及应用、机械结构设计及流动特性分析、制冷低温技术及应用等方面的教学与科研工作。近年来，主持或参与国家自然科学基金项目、河南省科技攻关项目、河南省产学研合作项目等省部级项目6项；完成“电磁作动器开发及生产调试”、“冷链装备关键技术研究”等企业合作课题10余项；在《Colloids and Surfaces A》、《Chemistry-An Asian Journal》、《Journal of Applied Physics》、《表面技术》等国内外著名期刊上发表学术论文10余篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI/EI收录13篇；申请和授权国家专利6项。
